These little beauties come in packs of 6, and my goodness are they full of flavor. All those familiar warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice make appearance. Plus they’re filled to the brim with black currants and candied orange peel. We only make these once a year, so you don’t want to miss them.

Let us take care of breakfast for you with this lovely quiche. We’ll fill it with delicious onions, potatoes, Olympia Provisions ham, and cheddar cheese. Our quiche is baked in our flaky pâte brisée pie crust made with 100% stone milled flour from Cairnspring Mills in Burlington, WA.
Our quiches are 9 inches, and a little deeper than normal. You should be able to get 6 generous slices out of one.
