We’re looking for an outgoing individual to join our amazing FOH team! Front of House folks are trained in Customer Service, Barista skills, and in cooking up the hot food on our brunch menu. We are thriving and BUSY most of the time, and this person needs to be able to excel under pressure, moving quickly from one thing to another while attending to customers with care.

We are a team of folks working hard to feed Forest Grove and beyond. Come get folded in to the layers of connection and community that there is to be found among both staff and customers, and eat a lot of good food along the way.

Requirements

  • MUST be available consistently Wednesday-Sunday for the foreseeable future. This is NOT a summer job. 

  • Weekends are required. One weekend off per month is scheduled.Please don’t apply if you are not available consistently on weekends.

  • Able to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Details

  • Part Time - 15-20 hours/week

  • $16.3/hour starting wage plus a share of tips, typically $5-7 per hour: $21/hour total

  • Free bread, coffee, meal, and pastry perks

  • Paid sick leave

  • PTO for full time staff

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing tasks 

  • Customer service

  • Product knowledge

  • Dialing in espresso and crafting coffee and tea drinks

  • Prepping and cooking sandwiches and other brunch items

  • Adhering to food safety standards and practices
